Sausage Cheese Sandwiches
1 Tube Breakfast Sausage
1 Package Hamburger Buns
2 Cups of Chedder Cheese
1 Small Can Tomato Sauce
Brown sausage in saute pan until the consistency of ground beef. While sausage is browning, lightly toast buns. Place bun halves in 9x13 pan. Once sausage is browned, stir in tomato sauce and about 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Continue to stir until heated through and uniform, scoop sausage mixture onto the bun halves. Top with remaining cheese and place under broiler until cheese on top melts (1-2 minutes). Serve open-face style.
