Chicken Baked in Honey

1/8 cup Honey

1/8 cup prepared mustard (I like dijon, but it's up to you & what your taste preferance is)

1/2 tbsp lemon juice

6 pieces frying chicken (I use boneless/skinless breasts)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine honey, mustard and lemon juice. Butter a bottom of a 9x9" casserole dish...I will spray with "Pam" first though, so nothing sticks :0), Add chicken. Season with salt, pepper, a dash of garlic powder, & onion powder (per your tastes of course). Top with honey mixture. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for another 30min's more. I like to serve with white rice or egg noodles and a side salad or veggie.
