Sausage and Peppers

Sausage and Peppers

8-12 (large hot dog size) Italian Sausage Links

3 medium size Peppers (Can use Different Colors or just Bell)

1 Small Onion

3 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

2 6oz Cans of Tomato Paste

2 Tbsp Brown Sugar

Salt and Pepper to Taste

In a large pot, boil Sausage for 30 minutes. Place Sausage in Crock Pot. Cover with Chopped peppers, chopped Onion, Garlic, and Tomato Paste. Cook on high for 5-6 hours then stir in sugar and salt and pepper. Continue to cook for another 2 hours and stir occasionally.

I like to serve this over noodles or you can do it in a hogie bun.
