SAUCY GREEN BEANS

SAUCY GREEN BEANS

  • 1 lb fresh green beans (bet you could use frozen)
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs oil
  • 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar (Could use Soy Sauce)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (Regular is fine - but not needed if using Soy Sauce)
  1. Heat Butter and Oil in Pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute Garlic and Onion ~ 2-3 minutes
  3. Add Green Beans and Water Chestnuts and cook for roughly 5 minutes.
  4. Add Vinegar and Sea Salt - Stir as needed and cook until Green Beans are starting to get tender.
