Onion Garlic Chicken

Onion Garlic Chicken

Boneless & skinless chicken breasts

1 large onion or 2 med onions

garlic powder, Mrs. Dash, Pepper, and butter.

Pam or any non stick cooking spray.

Spray a casserole dish w/Pam or non stick cooking spray. Peel then cut onion into rings and lay on bottom of casserole dish, cut as many onions for your taste. Lay boneless/skinless chicken breasts on top of onions. Sprinkle breasts w/garlic powder, Mrs Dash (I tend to be generous with this one), pepper. Put pats of butter on top of each breast and a bit in the casserole dish (the amount is all dependant on your taste)

Place casserole dish in oven at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5mins. Serve with rice, noodles, or veggies.

This recipe is one of my families favorite dinner dishes. The onions tend to caramelize and the juices run w/the butter, it's rather tasty :0). Hope your family likes it as well.
