Soy Baked Chicken

Soy Baked Chicken

3 lbs. of chicken pieces ( I use legs)

salt & pepper

Combine for Sauce:

1/2 cup of honey

1/4 cup Soy Sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 crushed garlic clove

Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper. Place in large rectangular baking dish, cover with foil, and bake at 350 for one hour. After the hour has passed, take out of oven, remove foil, and pour off any fat/drippings that have accumulated in the pan. Pour sauce over chicken and return to oven (uncovered) for 30 - 40 minutes. Serve with rice and veggies ( I usually do broccoli with this.) The sauce remaining in the pan is really nice poured over your rice.
