SAUCY GREEN BEANS
- 1 lb fresh green beans (bet you could use frozen)
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs oil
- 2 tbs Balsamic Vinegar (Could use Soy Sauce)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt (Regular is fine - but not needed if using Soy Sauce)
- Heat Butter and Oil in Pan over medium heat.
- Saute Garlic and Onion ~ 2-3 minutes
- Add Green Beans and Water Chestnuts and cook for roughly 5 minutes.
- Add Vinegar and Sea Salt - Stir as needed and cook until Green Beans are starting to get tender.
