CHICKEN DIVAN
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (poach and cool in same liquid)
Place chicken in casserole
Add 4 (10 ounce) packages frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
Mix:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
2/3 cups milk
1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon curry powder
Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with dry bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Note.....To poach chicken place chicken in a pot of water and cook them about 15 minutes or until they are just cooked through. This is for unfrozen chicken breasts.
